The Met Office in Exeter has issued a heavy rain warning for Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
Wednesday, 7th October: “FLASH Warning of Heavy Rain for South West England valid from 0900 Wed 07 Oct to 1500 Wed 07 Oct.”
The warning amounts to “Be prepared” rather than “Imminent”. So, be prepared.
